We will be using this blog to supplement our work in English 11: The Power of Narrative.
It will be especially useful to us as we take on the News Narrative Project. Over the next several weeks, each of you will be responsible for posting what you have found as you've been following the news that breaks in a subject of your choosing.
As I mentioned in class, I'll be monitoring the news in three areas: education, first amendment law, and literature.
Soon I will add a post that is meant to be a sample of how YOU will report out on our blog.
Your job will be to keep up-to-date on your topic. When assigned to report out, you should plan to post "The Three Things You Should Know About _______________." Additionally, you should add some personal commentary about why you chose to share certain stories.
